Payment Options:

After payment is received and verified, your product will be shipped out within 1-5 business days via USPS PRIORITY MAIL or other prearranged shipping method.  Please note there will be a verification delay on money orders and checks. If you choose to pay with a money order and you don't have free money order service from your bank or credit union, we recommend USPS money orders. Returned check fee is $15.00.

Shipping and Handling

We will combine shipping and handling on any of our products.  For a package weight of 1 lb or less S&H is normaly $6.00 (within United States) for orders over 1 lb S&H will be adjusted based on total package weight. We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it and the funds are verified.  

We offer the following shipping method:
USPS Priority Mail (shipping/transit time 2-4 business days including Saturdays) within United States
USPS First Class Mail (shipping/transit 3-14 days including Saturdays) within United States
USPS International Priority Mail (shipping/transit 5-10 business days) outside the United States
FedEx 2nd day
FedEx overnight
Other  methods can be arranged upon request.

Return and Refund Policy

Product will be replaced if both the following criteria are met:
  1. Product is sent back with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number on it (contact tecnical support for your RA number)
  2. Product is found defective
  3. Product is still under warranty
    4.

If product is not under warranty we will consider repair and replacement on a case by case basis.

Full refund (less shipping and handling) will be given if all the following criteria are met:
  1. Product is sent back with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number on it (contact tecnical support for your RA number)
  2. Product is in good condition*
  3. Product is still under warranty
  4. Product was purchased within 30 days
  5. Module is not a custom designed module or one that has been custom programmed
    6.

Or

If product is no longer available, under warranty and found defective.

* Good condition: The product can be resold with only MINIMAL cleaning and/or wire shortening.
